Wellfest @ Lou Higgins Recreation Center on Friday, Sept. 16 from 11:00am-2:00pm. This campus-wide event highlights campus and community health and well-being resources as well as recreation and sport services that are available to assist employees and students on their personal health and well-being journey. Dance and Movement Workshops (hosted at WhistleStop facility)
CAS dance workshops are invigorating 45-minute experiences that are designed to introduce participants to common dance styles in a supportive and fun environment. These workshops are open to participants of all abilities, and movements can be modified as needed throughout. No experience or partners are necessary! Small snack and water provided.
