This year BW Wellness and Campus Recreation are hosting Wellfest virtually to ensure that you do not miss out on discovering campus and community health, wellness, and recreation resources.
Participating is easy!
Each day contains different resources including at home fitness videos, do-it-yourself health assessments, NatureRX activities, quick wellness improvement tips relating to nutrition, sleep, emotional well-being, and more!
In addition, each day we will host a
